Geocities abandoned its free web hosting in October 2009. Fortunately many of the old sites are being archived, notably at Reocities (just replacing "g" with "r" in the URL). Here are the links to the archives of some decent Trek sites (some sites tagged with will not become available):

As the name says, with information and images of the women who appeared in Star Trek.

UFP Xenological Directory
Attempt to organize all named, unnamed, unseen and seen species of the Star Trek Universe (with some conjecture).

Therin of Andor
Site about the Andorians and other races of the Federation.

The Q Continuum
The only known site about the Q Continuum. Not updated in a long time.

The Breen System
Really cool site about this species by The_Tom. Not updated in aeons though.

House Trekkan
Honorable site with some information on Klingon culture.

Dateline Dominion
Fan site written from the perspective of the Founders. Not updated since 2000.
